From the early 90s through to the early 2000s Mariora submitted various pieces to a number of Associations for judging. After winning numerous awards over the ten year period, Mario decided to stop entering these events, satisfied that Mariora was truly one of the best in the world.  Mariora's focus has since been on maintaining this high level of design that displays the best of Australian opals.
