SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If the purchaser of any of our products is not completely satisfied with our jewellery/gemstones and returns it to us within 2 months of the date of sale, Mariora Australia Pty Ltd will accept and exchange for another product (to the same value).

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Mariora Australia Pty Ltd warrants that all of our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Subject to the conditions of warranty set out below, if any of our products are found to be defective within the warranty period, and the item of purchase is returned to us at the place of purchase, at the purchaser's expense, Mariora Australia Pty Ltd will repair or replace the jewellery free of charge.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

1. The jewellery must be returned to us with proper proof of purchase by the purchaser

2. Mariora Australia Pty Ltd wil not be responsible for items damaged after purchase.

3. Mariora Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping.
